Alberto Carvalho brings a wealth of life experience, having lived in seven countries across three continents and now calling Bundaberg home. A 61-year-old father of three daughters, he is driven by conservative family values, a passion for free speech, and a commitment to ensuring the government minimizes its intervention in the private lives of individuals. Alberto's background includes a Master's degree in Dental Health and over a decade of experience as a university lecturer, where he witnessed a worrying decline in educational standards.

As a former small business owner in both Europe and Australia, Alberto understands the challenges faced by local businesses, including excessive taxation and bureaucratic red tape. His experience has instilled a deep appreciation for the importance of supporting entrepreneurship and reducing inflationary pressures that burden families and individuals.

Alberto is deeply concerned about the rising cost of living, crime rates, and the growing disconnect between the government and everyday Australians. He believes in greater parental control over school curriculums to ensure that education aligns with the values of families. His decision to run for office reflects his desire to address the challenges faced by Bundaberg and to fight for the community's interests. Alberto is committed to being the voice of Bundaberg, focusing on cost-of-living pressures, rising crime, and political accountability.

I believe that government should serve the people, not the other way around. I’m running to bring true representation to Bundaberg and to fight for the community’s values and future.
